A GRASS ROOT LEVEL Organization
PATH is GRASS ROOT LEVEL organization works among the marginalized people of 6-7 slums (Ekta Nagar, Jaihind nagar, Cheeta camp, Shivneri, Maharashtra Nagar, Sathe Nagar and Lalubhai Compound) in the Mankhurd area of Mumbai, near Trombay marshes since 1987. We work with an objective of “improved position of women, improved relationships between family members, increase in employment,greater awareness, improved infrastructure and more children studying beyond VII std.”
